Renovation of Building 88008, West Tank Farm,
Fort Cavazos, Texas
QCS has been engaged to execute a comprehensive renovation of the Petroleum Oil & Lubricants (POL) Operations Building located at Fort Hood (Fort Cavazos) in Killeen, Texas.
Demolition
This extensive project encompasses the demolition and replacement of existing systems, including plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm systems, electrical infrastructure, and the installation of a protective mazard roof coating.
Installation
Additional tasks involve thorough cleaning of the brick facade, asbestos abatement, mold assessment, installation of sheetrock/gypsum board walls, suspended acoustical tile ceilings in all office areas, as well as the addition of metal doors, flooring materials, and aluminum windows.

JANITORIAL SERVICES
Quick Corporate Solutions (QCS) provided janitorial services for two (2) Buildings located in the City of Dallas.
The two facilities are the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall.
Sanctuary Building #2
Cleaning services provided including a foyer, hallways, seven (7) classrooms, carpet throughout two (2) offices, two (2) janitorial closets, glass door entrances, large restrooms, water fountains, audiovisual/ communications room, auditorium with pews, a stage, and baptismal, small windows and two utility closets.
Fellowship Hall Building#1
Cleaning services provided including a full Kitchen, no classrooms, minimal carpet at entrances, restrooms, and a large meeting area for events which has ceramic tile. Small windows and two utility closets.
